Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, destination, travel dates or season, number of travelers, trip type, referral source, and message. The Collections interest form collects your name, email address, and the travel interests you describe. Please do not include passport numbers, payment card details, or medical information in either form.

The website also receives technical and usage information through Squarespace, such as device and browser details, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookie choices. Squarespace's visitor activity log is disabled. We use the remaining information to operate, secure, and understand use of the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry details only to respond, discuss travel plans, and provide services you request. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list or use them to send promotional messages.

Service providers and travel arrangements

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Inquiry forms are sent through Web3Forms and delivered to our Google Workspace email. These providers process information to provide their services. If you decide to proceed with travel planning or a booking, information needed for that service may also be handled through Fora Travel and relevant travel suppliers. Their own privacy notices may apply to the information they collect for a booking.

We do not use the website forms to collect payment card information. Submitting a form does not create a booking or travel contract.

Cookies and similar technologies

Squarespace uses essential cookies to operate the website and optional cookies for analytics and site features. Our cookie banner lets you accept, decline, or manage optional cookies. Nonessential Squarespace cookies are restricted until you accept them. You can revisit your choice using Cookie Preferences on the site. Squarespace and connected third-party services may collect information about your visits; some third-party cookies may not be controlled by Squarespace's banner. Your browser may also let you block or delete cookies. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal; use Cookie Preferences to control optional cookies.

Retention and security

Web3Forms stores form submissions for up to three years under the current form setting. Copies delivered to our email may remain longer unless deleted. We retain inquiry and service correspondence as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We review deletion requests individually. We use the security features provided by our service providers, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to see, correct, or delete information you sent us by emailing webmaster@travellikeandy.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business reasons. You can change cookie choices using Cookie Preferences.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child's personal information through the website forms.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. For a material change, we will also place a prominent notice on the website before it takes effect.
